What are your rights as a data subject?
Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, the individual concerned may withdraw his or her consent at any time, provided that this does not affect the lawfulness of the previous processing or if there is another legal basis for the processing.
We will, upon request or on our own initiative, correct or delete data that is inaccurate or restrict the processing of such data.
Furthermore, individuals concerned have the right to request information free of charge from Scanstrip about our use of their personal data, to request that the data not be processed for direct marketing purposes, and to receive their personal data in a machine-readable format or, if technically feasible, to have the data transferred to a third party.
