Oscillated rings
For increased productivity.
An oscillated ring has a very large band length by welding several bands together to form a band and then placing them on a ring with an oscillating motion.
Here's how it works with oscillating rings
An oscillated ring is given a very large strip length by welding several strips
together into one strip and winding them onto a ring with an oscillating movement.
The welding points are ground, tempered and marked with, for example, a color marking
or according to your wishes. This marking can be read automatically in your
production equipment for easy sorting. In this way, you
achieve better productivity, through fewer ring changes and fewer production stops.
Best suited for strip widths up to 60 mm.
With Oscillated rings, you have the opportunity to reduce ring changes, production downtime and man hours:
- increase your productivity
- reduce your costs
Profits with oscillated rings
- Increased belt length
- Shorter set-up times
- Shorter man hours
- Fewer ring changes
- Shorter machine downtime
- Productivity increase
- Cost savings
