STANDARD GRADES AS WELLS AS SPECIAL STEELS WITH UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS
In addition to standard materials in virtually all categories, we also have special steels with unique characteristics, such as RAWAEL, PT-Strip and texture rolled strip.
Standard qualities and special qualities with unique characteristics
RAWAEL is a micro-alloyed, high strength, weldable steel with good formability without piece hardening is unnecessary. The tensile strength delivery condition ranges between 700 and 1200 MPa depending on the grade you choose – RAWAEL 70 to RAWAEL 110. The material has a high level of isotropy and the possibility of very narrow tolerances in terms of both mechanical properties and dimension.
PT-Strip is a bainite hardened high strength steel with very good formability. The tensile strength ranges from 900 MPa for PT 90 to about 1400 MPa for PT 1400. The good formability combined with the high tensile means that you do not have to piece- harden your details after shearing and shaping.
Sorbite hardened and texture rolled material with resistance up to about 2500 MPa at the state of delivery. Also here you can avoid piece hardening.
